Job summary

You will gain experience on projects serving Class I, short line and regional railroads, as well as municipal, industrial and port clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• EIT certificate or plans to pursue licensure preferred.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD essential.
• MS Office applications experience required.
• Interest in railroad design and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, construction and delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
• Assist with calculations, drawings, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines.
• Participate in site visits, field assessments and project walkthroughs.
• Utilize design tools to support project development and delivery.
