Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required of all applicants.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or plans to pursue licensure.
• FE Exam planned or completed is preferred.
• Internship, co‑op, or field experience in engineering, transportation or infrastructure.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit, GIS or similar tools.
• Construction inspection, field assessment or surveying experience is a plus.
• Interest in freight rail, transit, industrial or port infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, construction and delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
• Assist with technical deliverables: calculations, drawings, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Contribute to projects across track, facilities, structures, civil infrastructure and environmental services.
• Participate in site visits, field assessments, inspections and walkthroughs.
• Use engineering and analytical tools to support project development and delivery.
• Research and apply relevant codes, standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environmental, advisory and construction.
