Zusammenfassung

HDR, Inc. is seeking an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join the HDR Rail team. You will support planning, design, construction and delivery of rail infrastructure projects for Class I, short line, and port clients.

Mentorship and hands-on experience will help develop technical and professional skills in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, EIT certification or plans to pursue licensure, and familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, plus MS

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required.
EIT certificate or plans to pursue licensure.
Basic knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
MS Office applications experience.
Strong interest in railroad design.
Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Aufgaben

Support the planning, design, construction and delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
Assist with technical deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, exhibits and cost estimates.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environmental, advisory, technology and construction disciplines.
Travel periodically for project meetings, field assignments and client-related activities.
