Job summary

Alliantgroup in the United States seeks a dispatch coordination professional to manage daily coordination of train crews, Maintenance of Way, and interchanges with connecting railroads. You will serve as a key information hub between customers, crews, and railroad partners to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to communicate across teams, support weekend and holiday rotations, and maintain accurate information flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in dispatch or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service functions.
• Coordinate with CRANDIC technical teams for information flow.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
