Job summary

CRH is seeking an Equipment Dispatcher to lead daily dispatch operations, plan routes, and coordinate equipment moves across locations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain logs, and support the dispatch team, while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma or GED is required, with training in logistics a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics/transportation education a plus.
• Familiarity with dispatch and routing software preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch operations and coordinate equipment moves between locations.
• Plan routes and schedules and obtain necessary local/state permits.
• Support dispatch team and cover for lead dispatcher as needed.
• Assist with workforce scheduling and PTO management.
• Maintain real-time equipment logs and ensure accurate payroll logging.
