Job summary

- Proven project and program management skills.
- Experience with asset management and maintenance transformation, data/AI/analytics, IoT.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of rail digitalization initiatives across asset management, maintenance, and operations.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder teams: operators, infrastructure managers, suppliers, and engineering groups.
- Provide governance, reporting, steering committees, planning workshops, and stakeholder management.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support commercial discussions, SOWs, and customer growth opportunities.
