Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites in Indiana. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, manage scheduling, budgeting, and safety programs, and lead field crews to deliver on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree in Building/Construction Technology or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical documents; strong safety procedures knowledge.
• Experience preparing proposals, reports, and customer correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites.
