Job summary

Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a capable Operations Associate to handle rail and commodity processes at our facility. You will follow SOPs, assist with loading and unloading materials, and monitor rail cars and equipment to support safe, on-time production.

Responsibilities include operating pay loaders, shuttlewagon and other equipment, communicating with maintenance, and keeping accurate inventory and paperwork. Willingness to work outdoors and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow SOPs for plant operation.
• Troubleshoot and locate problems in plant operations.
• Learn and operate corn & DDG systems.
• Load and unload materials using various equipment.
• Inspect rail cars for proper order and safety.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping per regulations.
