Omni Home Services’ Radon Eraser unit is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager in Chattanooga to balance people and processes while leading sales, testing, and service. This hands-on leadership role focuses on protecting homes from radon, growing the business through relationships, and driving results with the support of a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or home services (construction, HVAC, inspections, etc.).
• Strong communicator who follows through and thrives in the field.
• Multifaceted; able to balance people, problems, and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through homeowner relationships, agent connections, and referral partners, while spreading radon awareness.
• Coordinate jobs, manage materials, and keep the schedule filled and efficient.
• Perform and assist with radon testing, mitigation, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Deliver 5-star service by educating clients and reducing radon levels one property at a time.
• Track performance metrics and find ways to grow profitably.
• Lead by example with focus, positivity, and drive.
