- Requires PA Radon License and 5+ years in radon or related field service.
- Proven leadership or management experience in the field.
- Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and team-development skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily radon mitigation field operations.
- Perform and oversee complex radon mitigation installations.
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians as the company grows.
- Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania radon regulations and best practices.
- Assist with operational planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Support business growth through leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise.
