Job summary

Perspective Therapeutics is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical development strategy and operations for active programs. You will serve as Medical Lead and primary Medical Monitor, guiding cross-functional teams across discovery, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs to ensure high-quality trial execution.

You will oversee protocol development, regulatory submissions, and interactions with Health Authorities, while engaging with investigators, KOLs, and advisory boards to advance

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent; ABIM board certification/eligibility in oncology, nuclear medicine and/or radiation oncology is highly desired.
• Experience leading oncology early clinical development programs and working with discovery, preclinical, translational and external collaborators.
• Hands-on pharmaceutical or biotech experience in oncology and/or radiopharmaceutical clinical development managing clinical trials and programs preferred.
• Experience leading clinical development teams and Phase 1/2 trials within radiopharmaceutical space is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of study protocols, SAPs, investigators brochures, and other key study documents with leadership and advisors.
• Prepare clinical development plans with cross-functional teams.
• Perform regular data reviews (PK, safety, efficacy).
• Provide leadership on cross-functional study teams for trials and data analysis.
• Prepare regulatory documents for submissions and interface with authorities as needed.
• Communicate with external stakeholders to support development and medical oversight of Perspective compounds.
• Provide medical insights to Advisory Board meetings and develop learning materials.
• Present clinical data at advisory boards and scientific meetings as needed.
