Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Medical Science, to provide strategic medical and scientific leadership across clinical development programs in the United States. You will mentor Medical Directors, oversee safety, and collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality study execution.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS or equivalent with residency in hematology/oncology.
• At least 10 years combined academic and/or industry clinical research experience.
• Experience as Medical Monitor on oncology or rare trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior medical and scientific leader in sponsor interactions.
• Represent the organization as physician expert during client meetings, meetings, and bids.
• Provide medical oversight of patient safety and study execution.
• Lead complex global clinical programs and guide regional teams.
• Mentor Medical Directors and colleagues across the organization.
