Job summary

Perspective Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Global Regulatory Lead to provide strategic regulatory leadership across radiopharmaceutical programs and commercial launches. You will develop global regulatory strategies, lead submissions (INDs, CTAs, NDAs/MAAs), engage health authorities, and mentor the GRA team to ensure timely, compliant development across all stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science; advanced degree preferred; RAC a plus.
• ≥10 years of global Regulatory Affairs experience in oncology or complex modalities.
• Proven track record leading global regulatory submissions (INDs, CTAs, NDAs/MAAs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for global regulatory strategy across development programs.
• Develop and refine a global regulatory roadmap for radiopharmaceuticals.
• Lead major global regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• Engage health authorities with integrated, scientifically aligned messaging.
• Mentor and lead the Global Regulatory Affairs team across regions.
