Job summary

Ally Medical ER is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to support physicians and the in-charge RN in delivering diagnostic imaging and patient care in the emergency department. You will operate x-ray and CT equipment, ensure high-quality images, and assist with exams under supervision.

The role requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, and a Texas license, with at least two years of ER/hospital radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent with ARRT certification.
• Minimum 2 years radiology technologist experience in hospital/ER setting.
• ARRT certification; CPR/BLS; Texas radiology license.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and radiologic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of RN in charge or physician.
• Take height/weight, vital signs, IV starts, blood draws; document as needed.
• Operate x-ray and CT equipment per physician orders.
• Produce quality radiographs and upload images for reads.
• Apply proper techniques for radiology testing and lab procedures.
• Report lab and radiology results to RN/physician.
• Assist with assessments, examinations, and treatments.
• Assist with crutch walking, dressing changes, and splint/cast application.
