Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general radiology, portable and fluoroscopic procedures, while ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. You will operate radiography equipment, manage image data via PACS, and assist with scheduling and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT in good standing.
• Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Maintain documentation and assist with scheduling and billing as needed.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
