Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Radiology Technologist (PRN) to support our Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department. You will operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body areas and explain procedures to patients.

Under the supervision of a Radiologist, you will perform x-ray procedures for patients in the emergency department, hospital and outpatient settings, following established protocols for ages from neonate to geriatric.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiology Technology training program completed and ARRT-certified.
• Associate Degree and ARRT-R Radiography registration.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to image designated parts of the body.
• Explain procedures to patients and address concerns.
• Perform procedures for ED, hospital and outpatient settings.
• Follow protocols for patients from neonate to geriatric.
• Maintain expert technical and patient-care skills for quality results.
