Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and perform radiographic imaging under the supervision of Radiologists. The role serves patients in the ED, hospital, and outpatient settings, following established protocols for all ages from neonate to geriatric.

The ideal candidate will hold an AMA approved Radiology Technology program credential with ARRT certification and maintain registry via continuing education, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program with current ARRT certification.
• Maintain ARRT registry with ongoing CE to sustain knowledge and skills.
• BLS certification required from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to obtain radiographs of designated body parts.
• Under Radiologist supervision, perform x-ray procedures and explain procedures to patients.
• Care for patients in ED, hospital, and outpatient settings per protocol.
• Perform procedures for ages from neonate to geriatric per established protocols.
• Maintain expert clinical skills and deliver high-quality diagnostic results.
