Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join the Urology team in Wilmington, NC. This on-site role supports imaging, patient care, and safety protocols in a dynamic hospital setting.

You will prepare patients, perform imaging procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in EMR/RIS/PACS. Required is an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT eligibility or certification and at least 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program required.
• One year of diagnostic radiology experience.
• ARRT certification and state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Corroborates patient identity and clinical history with the procedure.
• Verifies informed consent for applicable procedures.
• Executes medication reconciliation and allergy checks.
• Operates EMR/RIS/PACS and documents results.
• Maintains ALARA principles and safety protocols.
