Wilmington Health is seeking a Radiology X-Ray Technologist to join our radiology department. You will perform radiographic exams, maintain QA standards, and ensure equipment safety and patient care in a busy clinical setting.

ARRT certification and an associate degree are required, with opportunities to collaborate with students and support staff. PRN shifts may vary to meet department needs.

• ARRT certification required.
• Minimum associate degree from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT certification must be maintained.

Mansioni

• Performs and maintains quality assurance of radiographic examinations.
• Cares for and operates necessary radiology equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of x-ray processor and work areas.
• Ensures proper usage of radiographic equipment per state and federal guidelines.
• Reviews radiographic films for diagnostic quality.
• Maintains organized files of radiographic materials.
• Assists with outside referrals and research patients as needed.
• Teaches and guides Cape Fear Community College students as appropriate.
