Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development for patient population.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history for the procedure on physician requisition.
• Verifies patient identity and consent as required.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as needed.
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
• Operates equipment and positions patients accurately for each procedure.
• Maintains records per department standards.
