Job summary

Graduates of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology programs who are registry-eligible within 1 year and BLS certified are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program
• Registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire
• BLS required

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as assigned
• Documents patient history for each procedure on the physician requisition
• Confirms patient identity and verifies identity with correct information
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary
• Operates equipment and positions patients according to procedure requirements
• Maintains required records per departmental standards
