Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Hand Center with a full-time schedule, Mon-Fri 8a-5p. The role requires ARRT-recognized radiologic technology training, registry eligibility within a year, and BLS certification.

You will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and coordinate with radiologists and staff. The position offers benefits, 40 hours per week, and a pay range of $26.55–$39.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history pertaining to specific procedure on requisition submitted by physician.
• Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
• Selects and operates equipment as dictated by demands of individual procedure and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
• Maintains appropriate records as required by departmental standards.
