Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC, is seeking a Radiology X-ray technologist. This 36-hour/week role includes Fri/Sat/Sun night shifts, a sign-on bonus eligibility, and a pay range of $28.55–$42.85 per hour.

You will perform radiographic exams under radiologist direction and support patient transport and imaging workflows. Requirements include ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology training and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations under Radiologist supervision.
• Escort patients and assist with transfers and transport.
• Operate hospital paging and telephone systems to coordinate imaging workflow.
• Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient transport and positioning.
• Provide room orientation and transport for admissions.
• Verify patient registration and transport to departments/clinics.
• Maintain cleanliness and storage of radiographic equipment and supplies.
