Qualifications

• Must complete an AMA-approved radiographic technology program.

• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation to produce radiographs.
• Provide safe, effective patient care during radiologic procedures.
• Utilize Radiology equipment and software in daily tasks.
• Maintain hospital and accrediting body certifications and registrations.
• Apply ALARA to minimize radiation dose while imaging.
• Demonstrate protocol knowledge and effective communication.
