Job summary

Corewell Health Trenton Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology exams and support patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work in general radiology, ensuring image quality and radiation safety compliance.

The role requires completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program, ARRT registration within 180 days, and BLS certification at hire. Evening shifts are available, and training at the student level is acceptable.

About Corewell Health Trenton Hospital

Corewell Health Hospital Trenton is a 193-bed acute care teaching hospital that sponsors nine university-affiliated residency programs. The hospital opened its doors to Trenton and its surrounding communities in 1961. It became part of Corewell Health in September 2014. In addition to providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for its patients, the hospital offers all private beds, a medical and surgical intensive care unit and obstetrical care.

Scope of Work

As a Radiology Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology while following regulations and principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• Training gained at student level.
• Required CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required.
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required.
• Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required.
