Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic procedures and provide quality care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating x-ray equipment, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining skills in accordance with established protocols. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree, ARRT certification, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and tuition assistance. Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved Radiology Technology training program with current certification by ARRT.
• Maintain current registry by attending continuing education activities.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Prefer 2 years recent acute-care experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

Hourly Wage Estimate: $26.52 - $40.90 / hour.

Our Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a broad range of services to aid in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions and emergent injuries. A Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) will:

• Operate x‑ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body.
• Perform x‑ray therapy under the supervision of a Radiologist, explain procedures to patients, and address their concerns.
• Serve patients in our emergency department, hospital, and outpatient settings.
• Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients aged neonate through geriatric.
• Maintain expert technical and patient‑care skills and provide quality diagnostic results.
