Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an approved radiologic technology program.
• Must have completed required clinical and didactic training as per state regulations.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Must be able to practice within the licensure scope.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures under supervision.
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging examinations.
• Verify patient identification and imaging orders.
• Perform examinations according to department protocols.
• Review images for quality, clarity and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety and infection prevention practices.
• Operate imaging equipment and related information systems.
• Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation.
• Collaborate with Imaging team to provide safe, high-quality care.
