Qualifications

• Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope Operator.
• ARRT certification or eligible per state requirements.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Competency in a clinical imaging area (Chest, Extremities, Spine, Skull, Podiatry, DEXA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT or modality competency in clinical functions.
• Prepare patients, verify identity, and position exams per protocol.
• Perform exams, review images for quality, and ensure safety.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Instruct and assist students and other Radiology Techs.
• Document procedures, charges, and equipment issues.
