Job summary

Physicians Care in Hixson, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to perform x-ray testing, operate equipment, develop film, and support Medical Assistant duties.

This full-time role offers rotating 36–40 hour weeks with 12‑hour shifts and every‑other weekend; PRN options are available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and a sign-on bonus up to $3,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area, exam room, or x-ray room.
• Communicate wait times and direct patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with radiology procedures and patient safety practices.
• Document patient information and vital signs accurately.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions.
