Job summary

Physicians Care in East Ridge, TN is seeking an experienced ARRT Radiology X-Ray Tech to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray testing, preparing the room, and assisting with patient care and medical assistant duties.

Full-time, rotating 36-40 hour weeks with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend. Must have TN X-Ray license, BLS, and ARRT certification preferred. Sign-on bonus up to 3,500 applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist in exam rooms and labs.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through treatment steps.
• Maintain patient safety and radiation protection procedures.
• Prepare radiology rooms and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Document patient visits and medical history accurately.
