Job summary

Physicians Care in Hixson, TN seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray testing, patient movement, and assisting with medical assistant duties in a fast-paced clinic.

Full-time schedule features 12-hour shifts with rotating days and every-other weekend; a sign-on/retention bonus up to $3,500 is offered. Certification and licensure compliance supported by the facility.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiology certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• TN State X-Ray License required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Experience as Medical Assistant is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and manage patient flow in exam rooms.
• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Develop films and prepare room with necessary supplies for procedures.
• Document patient information, vitals, and history accurately.
• Assist front desk with check-in/out when needed.
• Maintain and report equipment condition and safety practices.
