Job summary

Sherman Oaks Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and ensure high-quality imaging for patient care. You will be the first line interface with patients and staff, participate in quality control activities, and handle image processing and transmission to PACS.

Qualifications include a CDPH CRT, fluoroscopy permit, venipuncture certificate, ARRT-R, BCLS, and at least one year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH.
• Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
