Job summary

Sherman Oaks Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in alignment with department protocols. You will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing imaging needs and ensuring high-quality care.

The role includes participation in PI/QC activities and ensuring timely processing and transmission of images to PACS, with a per diem schedule and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Current CRT issued by CDPH.
• Fluoroscopy permit required within 6 months of hire.
• Venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
• Interacts with customers to address imaging needs as the first line of contact.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
