Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures per department protocols and regulations. The role interfaces with customers and supports imaging needs, participates in PI/QC, and ensures images are processed to PACS.

Full-time, evenings shift. Requires ARRT-R, state fluoroscopy licensure, BCLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience; strong computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of radiology technologist experience preferred.

Location: Olympia Fields, IL

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• 2. ARRT-R is required.
• 3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• 4. Current BCLS (AHA).
• 5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• 6. Proficient computer skills.
