Job summary

Baystate Health seeks an experienced Supervisor, Radiology Support Services to oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Support Services department. You will manage scheduling, imaging library functions, patient reception, and radiologist administrative support while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

You will participate in the development, monitoring, and reporting of annual operating and capital budgets, and supervise staff, including Kronos timekeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare or radiology.
• Experience with automated timekeeping systems (Kronos) and radiology-specific information systems is highly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as this position is on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Radiology Support Services operations and staff.
• Direct scheduling, patient reception, and radiologist administrative support.
• Coordinate imaging library functions and on-call coverage.
• Participate in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets.
