You will supervise staffing, scheduling, training, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive quality patient care while coordinating with physicians and other departments.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts radiologic license and CPR certification.
• Meets ARRT continuing education requirements.
• 2+ years supervising radiology or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise radiology staff including scheduling and training.
• Plan staffing to support patient care and physician needs.
