Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator to lead the radiology access center, pre-certification team, and registrars across imaging domains. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, and oversees scheduling, physician services, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of finance/health care management experience in large organizations, demonstrated leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-7 years’ related work experience in finance and health care managing large and complex organizations.
• Experience in health care, especially at an academic medical center with faculty-driven leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical teaching, HR practices, and ambulatory practice billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee radiology scheduling, including direct scheduling for service line ASRs.
• Manage physician services, coverage, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and scheduling templates for CT, MRI, IR, US, X-ray and breast imaging.
