Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator to join the leadership team, overseeing the radiology access center, pre-certification, registrars, and scheduling templates for CT, MRI, IR, US, X-ray, and Breast Imaging.

This full-time role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with 5-7 years of healthcare finance and management experience, preferably in an academic medical center, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5-7 years in finance and healthcare managing large and complex organizations.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience in healthcare, academic medical centers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee radiology scheduling, including direct scheduling by service line ASRs.
• Manage physician services, coverage, and quality assurance programs.
• Optimize daily patient flow and scheduling templates for CT, MRI, IR, US, X-ray, and Breast Imaging.
• Lead and develop the radiology access center and pre-certification teams.
