Job summary

Moses Radiology is seeking an Assistant Administrator Radiology to lead day-to-day operations across outpatient sites in New York. You will work under the Unified Department Administrator and partner with the Medical Director to ensure smooth, high‑quality services.

This role manages staffing, safety, quality oversight, and financial performance, including budget development and personnel expenses, while driving data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4-6 years supervisory experience in inpatient imaging.
• NYS License in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Experience working with/leading a Union workforce.
• Fit Test and Annual Assessment - OHS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Moses campus, including site managers and staff.
• Oversee budget development and personnel expenses with Finance.
• Collaborate with QA, Imaging Leadership and Safety on quality care.
• Lead service excellence initiatives and patient experience projects.
• Ensure compliance with JC, ACR, NYS DOH standards.
