NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator to join the leadership team. You will drive delivery of radiology services and oversee the access center, pre-certification, and registrars across all imaging areas, ensuring efficient patient flow and accurate scheduling.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years in finance and healthcare management, including large organizations and physician practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5-7 years' related work experience in finance and health care managing large and complex organizations, including physician practices.
Experience in health care at an academic medical center is preferred.
Significant management experience in a faculty-driven environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Broad knowledge of clinical teaching, educational requirements, HR practices, and ambulatory billing.

Responsibilities

Oversee radiology scheduling across CT, MRI, IR, US, X-ray, and breast imaging.
Manage radiology access center, pre-certification team, and registrars.
Provide physician services support and coverage scheduling.
Ensure quality assurance and daily patient flow, and maintain scheduling templates.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient care.
