Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume calls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Schedule patient examinations according to policy and enter accurate data.
• Assist patients and referring offices with scheduling and information needs.
• Inform patients about financial responsibilities and appointment preparations.
• Provide back-up support to front office staff as needed.
