Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to warmly greet patients, register them for imaging services, and handle phones and scheduling. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 6:20am–2:50pm with Saturday rotation, offering a daily Pay option and a competitive benefits package.

You will verify insurance, collect copays, coordinate with center staff, and support overall front desk operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls efficiently and professionally.
• Serve as liaison between imaging technologists and patients.
• Maintain front office lobby and organize office supplies.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces and confirm appointments.
• Enter and submit patient exam orders and referrals with proper authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certify exams; obtain authorizations.
• Fax/scan reports, billing information and medical release forms as requested.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
