Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior radiology scheduling experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for imaging procedures according to physician orders.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Educate patients about preparation instructions and arrival times.
