Responsibilities

• Takes incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and coordinates with patients and referring offices.
• Follows prescribed questions/scripts to provide standardized information during scheduling/pre-registration.
• Ensures accurate patient data collection required to complete scheduling process.
• Enters information into computer systems per documented work processes.
• Escalates calls to supervisor/manager when needed and performs additional duties as assigned.
