Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, multitasking and detail orientation.
• Experience in scheduling or radiology-related duties is preferred.
• ARRT certification or RN licensure required, plus appropriate training in scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex scheduling for patient appointments and procedures across campus.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure notes reach referring providers.
• Support clinicians, patients and staff with scheduling and coordination responsibilities.
