• Knowledge of Medicare/payer requirements, denials, and revenue integrity.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle operations across multiple sites.
• Drive process improvements and technology implementations.
• Oversee charge capture, AR, denials, and collections; monitor cash flow.
