Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Residency Manager for the Medical Education department at Monmouth Medical Center to oversee the Radiology Residency Program. You will partner with the Program Director and serve on the residency leadership team, guiding accreditation, onboarding, evaluations, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate resident onboarding, documentation, and assessments, and help strengthen both the residency program and department operations within the academic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree and C-TAGME preferred.
• Minimum of three years of office management experience in academic healthcare.
• Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and day-to-day functioning of the Radiology Residency Program.
• Maintain knowledge of ACGME, Review Committee, and ABR requirements.
• Monitor compliance, address deficiencies, and ensure accreditation readiness.
• Maintain confidential resident records and documentation for audits and credentialing.
• Manage program information via ACGME Web ADS, NAS, Next Accreditation System, ERAS and related systems.
• Draft and edit the Annual Program Evaluation for Rutgers Health.
• Coordinate ACGME site visits and GME census reporting.
• Advise on regulatory changes and program requirements.
• Coordinate resident onboarding, schedules, and required paperwork.
• Manage residency recruitment and interviews with affiliated medical school.
