Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Residency Manager in Medical Education to oversee the Radiology Residency Program at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. You will partner with the Program Director and serve on the residency leadership team, guiding accreditation, onboarding, evaluations, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, recruitment, and reporting, coordinating with ACGME, NAS, and related systems while ensuring program operations run smoothly and safely for residents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in office management within an academic healthcare setting.
• Master's degree and C-TAGME certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the Radiology Residency Program and daily operations.
• Maintain records for accreditation activities and audits.
• Manage program budgets, expenditures, and recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and reporting through GME systems.
• Collaborate with program leadership and affiliated institutions to support education quality.
