Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey seeks a Manager of Radiology Support Services to lead daily operations at the Imaging Center. The role requires coordinating patient, staff, and radiologist schedules, supervising clerical and technical staff, and ensuring accurate medical records and billing support.

The ideal candidate will have a health-related Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) and at least five years in healthcare management, with Radiology experience and billing/coding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare managerial role.
• Five years of healthcare management experience specifically within Radiology is preferred.
• Candidates should also have knowledge of healthcare billing and coding.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily Radiology Support Services operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise staff in collaboration with department leadership.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, staff schedules, and radiologist schedules.
• Oversee medical record functions and ensure accurate documentation.
