You will mentor staff, set performance plans, and collaborate with client management to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare staffing leadership, with experience in radiology recruiting.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing or similar.
Experience leading radiology/imaging recruiting teams is required.
Proven ability to drive performance and recruiter productivity.
